  1. Denon Avr 3805 Remote

BTW, I've got some family in Sydney and the Calliope region (Diglum.BIG town.

I have a DEnon 3805 and want to program the supplied remote to operate my DVD, TV, Cable box. Without using the learning capability, are there codes available to program the remote? There are none supplied in the owenrs manual? The following thread over at Audioholics says that the current RC-969 remote for the Denon AVR-3805 has been. > Denon replaces AVR-3805 remote. Jul 04, 2013  Short of buying a used remote from Ebay (which may or may not work & spend on return shipping), is there another way to get a generic programmable RC that i can use to run this model AVR 3805? Appreciate any input.

Some say it is not intuitive, and there is a learning curve to programming it. I went through the same thing with my Pronto a few years ago. But I worked through it, and I now love it. Autocad 2017 serial number and product key free.

Odds are about one in a trillion that this is the same thing going on with yours, I realize. I know of no reason to for this to occur and the solutions are 1-don't use the lighted function, and even better go back to the widely popular and extremely affordable Radio Shack 6-1 remote.

Denon isn't really known for their stellar remotes. I guess we have 2 more reasons to explain this. Jc Thanks Jim for your suggestion. I will look into it.

After about 2 days of trying to find the source of the problem i finely found it. I turned the light on and off, when the light got switched back on straight after the remotes stoped working. I turned the light off and they worked again. So after replacing the light with a non floresent, no prob wat so ever for about a month now. Problem solved.

Hi All, I recently purchased this nice awesome receiver. But lately I have been having this eird problem with my remote. This is the new blue faced universal remote.

Thanks Jim for your suggestion. I will look into it. Hey you havnt by any chance have floresent light in your room wwhere the denon is place do u? I had the exact same problem my tv and dvd player remotes. They both didnt respond sometimes.

I'll let you know when I get one. Do you or anyone else know anything about the 'on/standby' light on these Denon units? Originally Posted by 3FingeredGlove Look for OneForAll remotes on eBay. The model numbers must match my post exactly. All have the ability to send all of the 183 possible commands, many more than the original remote. If you get one, post back and I'll post all the individual function codes for every command. Originally Posted by mdavej The RCA RCRP05B ($20 at best buy) should control it with audio code 1360. The 15-134, 133, 135 and 100 are on clearance for $1 if you can still find them.

If it dosnt ide say its the denon youve got or something interfeering with the beam ray for the remote. Or you can just request a new remote and try that. Hope this helps.

Or ask here once you have some remotes in mind. The last one says OK too. The other two ask if amp or mp3 but also say yes. I want the cheapest if poss so I'll keep an eye on eBay for these models as they all seem suitable. Office for mac 2011 torrent.

But as you said, 'each to their own', one size doesn't fit all and remotes are a personal preference item. I just thought I'd add my 2cents. I might get it out and give it another go cheers. That is one of the complaints with the 880.

Hi, the RC-970 that came with my AVR died a few years back and the shop I bought the system from sold me a Denon RC-1068, which ended up unfortunately only doing the basics and not the full functionality of the RC-970. I recently sold the RC-1068 on eBay.

I'm not a diehard like some of them over at RemoteCentral, but I have nothing but praise for that site. Lots of info, help, news and downloads. I also bought my Pronto out of necessity, as the unit did not arrive with a remote, and the Denon Aktis supplied with the 5803 was a notorious dog of a remote. I'll have to admit, once you've mastered the programming, it can get fun to perfect it even more, and just play around with it a bit. I've always seen the remote as a tool to get the equipment to operate with ease.

Thanks in adcance for any help.

I recently bought a used Denon AVR-3802 with no remote control. It originally came with the RC-884 remote I believe. Can anyone give me a list of other Denon remotes that will control setup and at least all the basic functions of the 3802? I would like to use another Denon, but if there are very inexpensive options as far as universal remotes that I can easily purchase locally, I'm all for that, too. I can go Ebay for a real Denon or locally for a universal, but if I go universal, I just need to know the decent ones for the price - I would of course like to spend as little as possible. $10-$20 would be ideal.
